Use gas to the final drop !

The MLD stands for Minimum Level Detector and is a smart system with which fork lift drivers can drive the complete gas bottle empty, without running the risk come to a standstill suddenly. It is about a system that may be mounted on the fork lift ex-factory, but also afterwards, and which registers exactly if liquid gas can still be taken from the tank.

This way at one side it is prevented that drivers drive on too long on one gas bottle, as a result of what they finally do not run on liquid gas, but to long literally on gaseous gas, which may cause damage to the truck. On the other hand it is prevented that drivers, just to prevent the former, change the gas bottle much too early, and as a result of that send back too much unused gas to the supplier. This way many drivers waste a lot of money, and that may be prevented with the MLD system. A lamp at the dashboard indicates exactly when the tank shall be changed. Because the sensor is in the fuel line, even an incorrect position of the gas bottle is detected timely!
